First of all, it’s important to realize that every horse is an individual, not just itself, but also an individual within the herd, with different owners and with different situations. This means that what may be horse problems with one situation may be a natural reaction in another.
If your horse is having startling or spooking problems, and is throwing you off at every dead end corner, you need to think about what happened in its past before you start thinking it’s just being silly. In the past, the horse may have spooked due to a wild animal chasing it, and it saved the horses life. This is one example of instincts.
