The purpose is to meet and mingle with other like minded families that share a love for the same activity. It is a well known fact that people who enjoy the same activities will get along much better than those that have nothing in common.

Fellow horse owners become friends and generally develop relationships that last a lifetime. These friends look out for one another and will often times check on their horses when they are out of town.
